Quality Certification
SDSI’s quality management system is certified to the ISO 9001:2000 standard, certification number: QES 22226.
The SDSI Quality Manual is based on the Australian Standard AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000 and the principles of Total Quality Management (TQM) and defines SDSI’s quality system.
SDSI’s Quality Manual specifies the quality system requirements and identifies the methods to achieve them. This quality system demonstrates to both our staff and clients SDSI’s ability to deliver quality products and services by ensuring all products and services conform to the required specifications the first time around.
This quality system is to be applied to the following activities performed by our company:
- Project Services
- Risk Management
- The Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Procurement
- Meeting and exceeding client requirements
- Client Service and feedback
