The Technical and support team at SDSI understands that their job doesn't begin at the end of installation it starts at the system integration stage and continues for the life of the system. The technical team are involved with the project management team with system integration ensuring that the long term support issues are well understood and streamlined. Hence the support team is made up of industry professionals who understand the on-going partnership we have with all our customers. They understand that their professionalism, expertise and the need to be accessible and responsive to the customer is of paramount importance.

Our customers work in critical environments where an incoming call or dispatch problem can mean the difference between life and death. Hence SDSI has a 24 hour, 7 day a week, 365 days of the year Support Call Centre; you can depend on SDSI to be there when you need us.
