SDSI is an Australian owned private company providing software and support services to the Australasian Public Safety Community with it’s head office based in East Brisbane, Brisbane. SDSI is a value added reseller as well as developer of it’s own product range.
The aim of the company is to be more than a "reseller" of global products. Our experience has shown that each agency within our region performs the same generic duty, although all agencies have unique attributes that need to be understood and applied. SDSI provide solutions and tailor to the needs of each customer and sometimes enhance those attributes to ensure acceptance of the proposed solution, as well as maximise the return on investment and resultant enhanced public safety.
SDSI in understanding the specialised requirements for emergency service/critical organizations has a newly created Professional Services group – offering administration, testers, technical writers, engineers, trainers, GIS specialists and much more.
SDSI has established a research and development division in Milton Australia to provide bespoke public safety software development.
With its global partners SDSI has also established the mechanism to provide Australian Public Safety Agencies the ability to join global trials of some of the most advanced software applications that will be made available to the general market in the future.
SDSI has established a support centre which provides a full 24 hour, 7 day a week support service. Management and staff are dedicated in providing the highest quality support and services. SDSI currently provides software support to agencies who in turn provide the emergency cover to over 80% of the combined population of Australia and new Zealand, making SDSI a leader in it’s market.
SDSI intends to grow its market share through a "Spirit of Partnership" with its clients, as its vision is one that includes making sure each customer receives superior products and service which in turn will attract other agencies as they will learn of the partnership and the benefits.
